Yes, but if you keep at them, they will have to eventually do something. My suggestion to you, is to go to http://bluewaternavy.org and surf that website and also make contact with the owner of that site. They have been building a pretty good database. And they will help you with your hope of getting the VA to come to terms with US. Do not give up!
